Owen and Zoe, the circus owners, leave their daughter Mackenzie and their circus in the hands of Chesterfield the Clown to secure a global cookie distribution deal — and chaos ensues. Mackenzie turns into a monkey during her high-wire act, losing her human form and her magic cookie. In a desperate attempt to save her, the entire circus embarks on a quest to find the source of magic that can reverse the transformation and bring Mackenzie back to her family.
This is an excellent short film directed by BunCactus and Alybaba. It proclaims the incident that a cookie was stolen from a cookie jar whilst simultaneously showing the audience the importance of staying present in the moment and opening your ears to new sounds. The beautiful combination of music and camera-work further helps us to understand the meaning behind this masterpiece.
