Falling Down

An ordinary man frustrated with the various flaws he sees in society begins to psychotically and violently lash out against them.

Bolero

The film follows four families, with different nationalities (French, German, Russian and American) but with the same passion for music, from the 1930s to the 1960s. The various story lines cross each other time and again in different places and times, with their own theme scores that evolve as time passes. The main event in the film is the Second World War, which throws the stories of the four musical families together and mixes their fates. Although all characters are fictional, many of them are loosely based on historical musical icons (Édith Piaf, Josephine Baker, Herbert von Karajan, Glenn Miller, Rudolf Nureyev, etc.) The Boléro dance sequence at the end brings all the threads together.

Berlin, Germany. A cruel murder took place in an appartment building. Somebody bit off quite a piece of the victim's penis, who then, of course, lost a lot of blood, before being struck down at the head. Leading investigator Bernhard Kominka, being in stress due to a mentally retarded son and a problematic wife, seems to be the only one to see a lady in a red coat. After a while, his theory of her being the murderer may prove to be true, but the Cop also kind of fell in love with this new, interesting person in both of his lives: professional and private as well. Borders dissolve. His decision may be disastrous in any way.

When she is assigned to perform Giselle in an important event, she feels divided between the technique of the ballet and the creative work offered by Miles.

Turn It Up

Trying to bootstrap his way out of Brooklyn's mean streets is Diamond, a rap musician. With the goal of reconciling her parents in mind, she forces the man into his divine role and thus to help her. The attempts staged by Karo and God to save her parents' marriage trigger a rollercoaster of emotions. In the end, Karo has grown from her failed goal and has not only found new friends for her life, but also a new perspective.
