Just about enjoyable. <em>'The Shepherd: Border Patrol'</em> is a solid enough, mindless action film. Jean-Claude Van Damme (Jack) certainly carries things, but Natalie J. Robb (Capt. García) is fairly good in her role. All the antagonists are very much cliché and predictable, though. The film...
