Deeply surreal at times, and unsettling throughout, I think this is an overlooked movie. Sometimes it meanders, and you might lose track, but it is part of the appeal, and the plight of the characters is real, and feels very viceral. I liked the spookiness of this, as opposed to "cheaper" jumpscares...
