Kino Kopf

Born from steel and glass Kino Kopf is created by two inventors. They are assembled by their mother, a nurturing artist, and their Father a greedy entrepreneur. Kino Kopf is the first of its kind a sentient humanoid VHS camera. They are given a life by their mother but presented to the world by their father. Kino Kopf is the next big sensation and spurs a technological revolution. They are soon forgotten and alone as new models surpass them. Kino Kopf is left alone to contemplate if they ever had a soul, as visions of an electric cowboy dance through their dreams.

The Peepy Chronicles

An experimental feature film in seven parts following the rise and fall of a relationship over a year across the world as represented by two stuffed animals and an improvised combination of home videos, music, and poetry.

FOREIGN AFFAIRS

Shot on 16mm film in New York and composed in Berlin, the work explores polarizing themes of the metropolis. Audibly and visually, the viewer is put in a flicker between serenity and intensity; harrowing ambience cut with sharp beeps, vulnerable steps mashed in high velocity.

Still Awake is a film that explores resistance and stasis through the consciousness of the body movement and the stillness of a woman in bed.

In Oklahoma City on August 12, 2045, at 1:27 PM, a mysterious celestial body referred to as ‘The Eclipse’ arrived on Earth and destroyed the Sun, leaving the world in a dark hellscape. The last remaining survivor documents the aftermath and tries to uncover the mystery behind ‘The Eclipse’. Is It A Plaisir

'Is it a plaisir' is an experimental short film that explores femininity and the body as a sharp territory, crossed by the tension between desire and imposition. Through symbolic, sound and visual saturation, the film acts from pleasure (plaisir), revealing a liberation that emerges in the midst of excess, where intensity and lightness, dark and light, intertwine, collide and converge.
